Shipping/Processing Charges per shipping address.
For single items, delivery in the US via USPS standard mail costs approximately $4.00 plus $2.50 per additional item. We use UPS Ground or United States Postal Service for your shipping convenience. Please visit www.ups.com or www.usps.com for more information.
Please Note: “UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.”
*Free Shipping is for the first “ship to” address in your order. Qualifying amount applies to the final price of the merchandise only. Shipping & handling do not count toward the qualifying amount.
We ship most items with tracking numbers which can be provided upon request.
My tracking number doesn't seem to work?
If the USPS website reports either "Unable to track shipment" or "Billing information received, contact shipper", there is no need to contact us. The USPS database will update within 24 hours after the shipment is picked up from our location. In some rare cases, the USPS does not scan the item at the point of drop-off and will only scan it upon delivery.
International Services
Shipping and handling charges will vary to other countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when shipping to Canada and of the recipient when shipping to another country.
Can I track an international shipment?
International shipments via the US postal service are generally not trackable. We can provide the LC Customs number but that does not always provide point by point info on the package.
Expedited and Express Delivery
We will provide Next Day, 2nd Day and Priority Mail delivery for you at an additional cost if you need the items delivered more quickly than standard delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed and we strive to make your purchasing experience a pleasant one. We will give you a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) if you are not satisfied with any of our products due to damage, defectiveness or wrong size within 14 days of purchase. In order to process your return/exchange. You will be provided with a reference number that is to be attached with your item upon return.
* Inspect all items upon receipt.
* If you wish to exchange or return e-mail us explaining clearly the situation and what you wish to receive in exchange.
* The unwanted merchandise should be returned in the same packaging and condition as it was sent to you. That is it is untailored, new and unwashed.
* You will be issued a Delivery Confirmation number to be used with your return. You must use the Delivery Confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
A return received later than 7 days but before 14 days qualifies for store credit.
Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% service fee.
Custom-made and personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned; however, in the event your items arrive damaged, we will happily resend you an exact replacement at no additional cost. Custom-made items include special orders, custom tailoring and similar items.
All returns can be shipped back to the address included on your receipt.
DELIVERY TIMES
Most items ship within 2-3 days of purchase via USPS first-class mail. However, we may experience delays during holidays and at other times due to temporary shortages in stock of a certain item or size. We will always do our best to make sure the items are restocked and shipped as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for slight delays. We make no guarantees as to the delivery time. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation as fast as possible. In some cases, it can take up to two weeks for a reshipment or refund to be issued.
